Boyfriend uses girlfriend's $60 and $80 skincare products without asking, bristles when she asks him to replace it: 'I thought couples were supposed to share everything'

If you've ever bought skincare products, you know how expensive they can be. Even just a step above drugstore-quality can mean shelling out hundreds of dollars for the full suite of stuff. Whether or not it's worth it is up to you, but the fact remains. These products can become an important part of someone's routine, though. It can be part of your self-care journey, taking care to apply the products at the beginning and end of each day. You shell out so that you feel like you're doing the best you can for yourself, and it may or may not improve your appearance. All to say, skincare is important on many levels. 

You would hate it if someone came along and took it from you. Not only is it a significant cost, but it's a tool you use to connect with yourself and feel good about the way you look. But not everyone respects that. Take, for instance, this story where a boyfriend disregarded his girlfriend's personal belongings and had his way with them. Then he reached out to the internet for takes on his behavior.

And in the future, when someone tells you how they feel about something, respect that. It is important to her and if you dismiss her feelings, she'll dismiss you from her life.
